  • Your first appointment includes:

            your first stage of treatment and exercises

  • Check in at reception; the receptionist will direct you to the waiting area

  • Your physiotherapist will collect you at your appointment time

  • Please remember to register your vehicle at the reception tablet

Before Your Appointment

Please complete your intake and consent forms in advance (sent via email or text) to ensure we make the most of your session.

What to Wear for Your Assessment

To support an accurate assessment, please wear clothing that allows clear observation of movement and posture.

Recommended

  • Wear a fitted top (preferably a tank top)

  • Choose above-knee shorts

  • Use your usual running or exercise footwear

  • Tie your hair up (if applicable)

Optional

  • Bring a light outer layer (e.g. zip hoodie or T-shirt) for before and after your session

Avoid

  • Loose or baggy clothing

  • Long or restrictive trousers (e.g. jeans or stiff fabrics)

  • New or unfamiliar footwear

Comfort

Running assessments may take place on a treadmill or track where others may be present. Other assessments are conducted in a private physiotherapy room.

You are welcome to wear what feels comfortable; however, more fitted clothing allows for a more accurate assessment.
